Nearly twenty years ago, I sought counseling for help in overcoming a troubled past. I had the good fortune to find a counselor who gave me a profound understanding of three basic principles involving the human Mind, Thought and Consciousness. These basic principles explain the human experience in the simplest, most comprehensive way possible. In sharing this understanding, I am able to draw out the innate health in people. I am able to give them the means to tap into their true nature, their unlimited capacity for clarity, peace of mind, wellbeing, creativity, productivity and so much more, which allows them to begin thriving for perhaps the first time in their lives.
Why I Do This Work
Learning about these principles, I myself overcame chronic insecurity, anxiety, worry, depression, low self-esteem and addictive behaviors. Having experienced this first hand, I developed a passion for helping others rise above emotional suffering and for the first time feel what it’s like to be truly free of the obstacles that have been holding them back.
My Personal and Work Style
People describe me as warm, caring and intuitive as well as open-minded and non-judgmental. My work style is collaborative and educational, focused on the positive and what’s going on in the present. I have a relaxed style and enjoy a good laugh when appropriate. I meet individuals and groups where they currently are, listen intently and engage in a respectful dialogue. Together we uncover previously unseen truths and gain profound insights that have the power to dissolve years of mental, emotional and/or behavioral habits and obstacles.
My work is extremely fulfilling. I love seeing the light of insight in people’s eyes when they suddenly SEE how their minds work and are able to reconnect with their inner health. I feel honored to have a role in helping people reclaim their clarity, confidence, and happiness and to see them become who they were always meant to be.
If you feel hopeful or inspired by anything I’ve said, I encourage you to contact me today. I would love to meet with you to see how we might work together.
